In the grand scheme of things, labor is the most expensive cost for a business and cutting down the amount of labor it takes to clean up our warehouse was exactly what we were looking for. Taking into account some of these caveats, I would still purchase this again. For our warehouse they work perfectly fine, but if you had a large area that had wood or laminate flooring, or a surface that easily scratches, you would have to clean the wheels regularly because they collect dirt and debris a bit as well. It seems to be that the really fine dust clings to the sawdust. That may seem a bit counter-productive, but it keeps the dust from collecting on desks and other raised areas that we want to keep clean, and spreading the sawdust only takes a few minutes. A trick that we've learned is that if you spread sawdust on top of that very fine dust it keeps it from kicking up and then it all gets dumped out together. That very fine dust still has a tendency to kick up a bit, but it's not as bad as using a broom. One of the caveats here is that we are using this in a warehouse where we have a lot of very fine dust. There's also a filter to help keep the dust down. It's a simple push system and the brushes grab dust, dirt, and debris and bring it toward the center where it's collected in the dust bin. The broom height adjustment is also very easy to use and changes the amount of "deep-cleaning" that the machine does. It doesn't take much muscle to move it around either, my kids can use it and they're 11 and 12 years old. This thing makes sweeping up your warehouse 10x faster than using a broom. The Tomahawk Power 38 inch Walk-Behind Push Sweeper is actually quite useful.
